Send your counter-notification to our DMCA Agent at the contact information listed above. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If we do not receive notification of a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
B9 Gamez reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and counter-notifications, and accounts with multiple copyright violations may be subject to permanent suspension.
4. Good Faith Misrepresentation
Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification can result in legal consequences. If you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing or was removed by mistake, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Please ensure that you have a good faith belief that your claims are accurate before filing a notice or counter-notification.

B9 Gamez may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or copyright practices of these third-party websites. If you believe that content on a third-party site is infringing, please contact the appropriate party.
